Das Festspielhaus Baden-Baden hat seine öffentlichen Veranstaltungen für den Monat Mai aufgrund der aktuellen Lage in der Corona-Pandemie abgesagt. Die aktuelle Landesverordnung verbiete den Spielbetrieb zunächst bis zum 16. Mai. Entsprechend könne die geplante Residenz der Berliner Philharmoniker vom 6. bis 9. Mai nicht stattfinden. People who received a dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Reykjavík’s mass vaccination center yesterday were able to experience a concert by members of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra while getting their injection, the Iceland Review reports. The ISO contacted vaccination officials and asked if they could play at the center, and the proposal was eagerly accepted.
