Japanese pianist Yumeka Nakagawa is the Clara Award Haskil prizewinner of the 29th edition of the Clara Haskil International Piano Competition in Vevey. She also won the Audience Award and the Coup de Coeur Prize from a jury of music students.
Yumeka Nakagawa was born in 2001 in Düsseldorf. From 2012 to 2018, she was a young student of the Robert Schumann Hochschule studying with Prof. Barbara Szczepanska and she is currently a student at the University of Music Franz Liszt Weimar in Germany. Yumeka is already prize winner of numerous piano competitions
