Ukraine has published a new list of Russian personalities banned from entering the country, through a decree signed by President Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday, January 7. Among the people affected is Russian soprano Anna Netrebko, a singer who is said to be close to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
