The Music Department in Dublin’s Trinity College recently welcomed the Luxembourgish ensemble Lucilin, Trinity’s ensemble-in-residence for 2013/14, back for their second visit of this academic year. Luclin gave a public concert featuring soloist pieces and contemporary repertoire in the packed Kevin Barry Room of the National Concert Hall with the participation of Tomoko Kiba on violin, Danielle Hennicot on viola, Christophe Beau on violoncello and Marcel Lallemang on clarinet.

As ensemble-in-residence Lucilin presents a number of workshops and concerts throughout the academic year. This time, Lucilin musicians met students of the Music Composition Centre in order to work with those composing music for the ensemble which will be presented in April at the Samuel Beckett Theater.
