Gabriel Tacchino & Emmanuelle Braun
French pianist Gabriel Tacchino, 81, teams up with one of his favourite students, Emmanuelle Braun, to form a piano duo. The duo will play in Lille and other French cities in summer and fall and make a tour in China later this year. More concerts are being planned for 2017.
Born in France, Emmanuelle Braun, has lived for seven years in Luxembourg, where she studied with Marco Kraus and Jean Muller at the Conservatory in Luxembourg. Further studies took her to Juilliard School in New York and Schola Cantorum in Paris, where she studied with Gabriel Tacchino. While preparing her Prix Supérieur with Muller in Luxembourg, she continues to get advice from Gabriel Tacchino and Lilya Zilberstein.
