The Dutch Radio Philharmonic Orchestra has announced that Stéphane Denève has been appointed Permanent Guest Conductor starting in the 2023-2024 concert season.
Denève will combine his new position with the chief conductorship at St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
Denève succeeds James Gaffigan and will take up his new post from September 2023, working with Karina Canellakis, principal conductor of the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, and Benjamin Goodson, principal conductor of the Netherlands Radio Choir.
