Bramwell Tovey
(c) Philippe Hurlin

Last Tuesday, British conductor Bramwell Tovey died from cancer. Pizzicato’s Remy Franck has fond memories of Bramwell who became a good friend during his tenure at the Luxembourg Philharmonic. We republish several articles from that time, all about music and conducting. They are revelatory of this great, charismatic conductor who, once on the podium, always brought a maximum of energy to the orchestra.
