The PKF – Prague Philharmonia has announced the appointment of the French conductor Emmanuel Villaume (50) as Music Director and Chief Conductor of the PKF for a three-year term, effective September 1, 2015. The agreement marks an important new chapter for the PKF, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. It was founded by Czech Maestro Jiri Belohlávek. The centerpiece of PKF’s activities in Prague is its orchestral series at the Rudolfinum Concert Hall.
