Pablo Gonzalez

Spanish conductor Pablo González, 50, will succeed Case Scaglione (in post since 2019) as Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Orchestre national d’Île de France in September 2027 for four seasons.

Born in Oviedo, Pablo González has been principal conductor of the Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya (OBC) and principal conductor of the Orquesta Sinfónica de Radio y Televisión Española (ORTVE) and is currently principal guest conductor of the Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife.
