The Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra (OCL) announced a new award for young musicians, instrumental and vocal, in the memory of Anne and Françoise Groben, who were among the founders of the OCL, over forty years ago. Supported by several institutions, the new award is worth 10.000 Euros. The finals will take place in June 2017 at the Philharmonie in Luxembourg.
