The Delaware Symphony Orchestra (DSO) has announced the appointment of Argentinian-Italian conductor Michelle di Russo as its next Music Director, who will begin her tenure in the 2025-2026 season, coinciding with the launch of the DSO’s milestone 120th season.

Currently serving as Associate Conductor on her second season with North Carolina Symphony, Di Russo has recently been appointed a Dudamel Fellow with the LA Philharmonic and participated at the Lucerne Festival Academy.
