Violinist Michael Barenboim replaces Nobuko Imai as new violist of the Michelangelo String Quartet. Imai leaves the ensemble after almost 20 years. Barenboim’s colleagues in the Quartet are violinists Mihaela Martin and Conrad Muck, and cellist Frans Helmerson.
