Ottensamer und sein langjähriger Kammermusikpartner José Gallardo spielen lyrische Werke für Klarinette und Klavier. Einige wurden für Klarinette und Klavier komponiert, andere sind Transkriptionen – auch von Ottensamer selbst.

Das Duo interpretiert Werke von Brahms, Debussy, Gershwin, Poulenc, Rachmaninow, Rota und anderen.

Das lyrische, oft meditative Programm wird sehr atmosphärisch und mit dem lyrischen Ton, der Ottensamer eigen ist, dargeboten. Ein romantisches Album für eine ruhige und warm-innige Stunde!

Ottensamer and his long-standing chamber music partner José Gallardo play lyrical works for clarinet and piano. Some were composed for clarinet and piano, others are transcriptions – also by Ottensamer himself.
