The Luxembourg Composition Academy will take place from November 16 to 22, and this year, participants will be mentored by composers Milica Djordjević and James Dillon. Young composers are invited to apply to participate in this composition masterclass in Luxembourg organized by United Instruments of Lucilin, in partnership with the Philharmonie Luxembourg and the rainy day Festival. Every year, the Luxembourg Composition Academy allows eight young composers to collaborate with the musicians of the United Instruments of Lucilin ensemble in creating a new piece, which they will present at a closing concert as part of the rainy days festival. This year’s concert will take place on November 22 at the Philharmonie Luxembourg.
