Pianist Arcadi Volodos will play a recital at the International Festival of Santander next Monday, replacing the originally planned concert with Leonidas Kavakos and Yuja Wang, canceled « for serious family reasons » of the Greek violinist, according to a statement issued by the festival.
Leonidas Kavakos who recently acquired the 1734 Willemotte Stradivarius violin, has already cancelled a number of concerts during the past month for the same reason.
