Tallinn City Council has accepted the resignation letter from Marko Lõhmus, the General Manager of the Tallinn Philharmonic Society. Lõhmus took up the post on the basis of a temporary employment contract in September 2010.  According to a statement made by Lõhmus, he felt himself unable to continue his work under the current deeply unsatisfying conditions.
