French pianist Colette Maze released a new album early this year, making her one of the oldest recording pianists in the world. Now she is dead. She passed away on 19 November.

Colette Maze studied at the École Normale de Musique de Paris when she was 15. Her teachers were Alfred Cortot and Nadia Boulanger. At 100+, she still played the piano. She worked herself as a piano teacher.
