The Festival d’Aix en Provence has announced the appointment of Bernard Foccroulle as advisor for the 2025 edition. « In the wake of Pierre Audi’s sudden death, the major partners, teams and artists of the Aix en Provence Festival are mobilized and hard at work to prepare the 2025 edition and present it as he would have wished, as a tribute to his artistic vision and commitment.
The French State, the City of Aix-en-Provence, the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, the Bouches-du-Rhône Department and the South PACA Region, in agreement with Festival President Paul Hermelin, have confirmed their confidence in the Festival teams and have appointed Bernard Foccroulle, who directed the Festival from 2007 to 2018, as Advisor for the 2025 edition to accompany and support them on artistic and managerial issues. »
