Edo de Waart
The Milwaukee Symphony’s Music Director Edo de Waart (*1941) will end his tenure at the end of the 2016-2017 season, but he will continue his relationship with the MSO as conductor laureate. The Milwaukee Sentinel reports that he plans to conduct at least one program per season. The Dutch conductor became music director in Milwaukee in 2009.
