Galina Vishnevskaya
In Moscow the winner of the competition for the best design of the monument to singer Galina Vishnevskaya was officially presented. The monument will be installed next to the Vishnevskaya Opera Center in Moscow. 22 works took part in the competition. The winner is Alexander Rukavishnikov.
