Die aus Minsk (Belarus) stammende und heute in Bonn lebende Pianistin Evgenia Nekrasova widmet sich einerseits der Boulangerie, andererseits der Groupe des Six. Sie spielt ausdrucksvoll und es gelingt ihr, die Stimmungen der einzelnen Stücke gut zu differenzieren.

Besonders gut gelingt ihr das titelgebende Stück Vers la vie nouvelle von Nadia Boulanger, in dem sie die schwärmte Atmosphäre des Beginns sehr gut mit den ‘sons lointrains, clairs, purs’ kontrastiert. Sie kann zwar Emile Naoumoff nicht in den Schatten stellen, aber die Interpretation ist vorzüglich.

Sehr schön werden auch die Stücke von Germaine Tailleferre gespielt, die ja, wie ihr enger Freund Poulenc, der Groupe des Six angehörte. Von ihm erklingen vier charmante Werke, die das Programm unbeschwert beenden.

The pianist Evgenia Nekrasova, who comes from Minsk (Belarus) and now lives in Bonn, has dedicated this album to the Boulangerie on the one hand and the Groupe des Six on the other. She plays expressively and succeeds in differentiating the moods of the individual pieces well.

She succeeds particularly well in the title piece Vers la vie nouvelle by Nadia Boulanger, in which she contrasts the rapturous atmosphere of the beginning very well with the ‘sons lointrains, clairs, purs’ (distant, clear, pure sounds). She may not be able to outshine Emile Naoumoff, but the interpretation is excellent.

The pieces by Germaine Tailleferre, who, like her close friend Poulenc, was a member of the Groupe des Six, are also very well played. Four charming works by him bring the program to a light-hearted close.
