Maurice Ravel

The world premiere of Scène I – Air de Manassès from Maurice Ravel’s cantata Sémiramis will be performed by the Orchestre symphonique de La Monnaie de Bruxelles conducted by Alain Altinoglu (Pierre Derhet, tenor) at the Ravel 2025 anniversary concert at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels on November 20, 2025.

In the second half, celebrating the centenary of Ravel’s second opera, Alain Altinoglu will conduct the revised 2025 edition of L’Enfant et les sortilèges, which he premiered in Frankfurt last September.
