2000 children gather on the stage of Flagey’s Studio 4 with the orchestra BOENK! (Brussels Young Philharmonic) and the Brussels Philharmonic on June 8 and 9. Another El Sistema concert is to be organized on May 25 in Liège with the Royal Philharmonic of Liège.
El Sistema Belgium is giving the children the opportunity to learn music in their school and neighbourhood. The collective practice of singing and/or playing an instrument then determines the rhythm of the lives of these children for whom the choir and orchestra give hope for a society where listening, respect and a spirit of cooperation prevail.
The El Sistema Belgium project enriches the educational path of children, contributes to their social integration and provides them with quality artistic training.
