The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and his subsidiary Music & Event Management Inc. have acquired the Coney Island Amusement Park where a new $118 million Outdoor Music Amphitheater will be built. The new venue’s preliminary design is currently in progress. After 137 years, Ohio’s Coney Island amusement park will permanently cease operations on December 31, 2023.

 

The Orchestre de la Suisse Romande has announced that it will be giving the first hologram symphony concert ever recorded, as part of the 12th edition of the artgenève fair, which will take place from 25 to 28 January 2024.
