The jury of the International Clara Haskil competition has decided to award none of the three finalists with the Haskil Award. Yet, French pianist Guillaume Bellom (*1992) won the ‘Modern Times’ Award for the best performance of the imposed work by Thomas Adès. The Audience Award went to Yukyeong Ji (South Korea, *1988) who won also the Award of the young critics as well as the Childre’ns Corner Award. The 2015 competition had initially 90 candidates, 20 out of them having been admitted to the podium. The jury comprised Christian Zacharias, Catherine d’Argoubet, Konstanze Eickhorst, Elza Kolodin, Antonio Moral, Eric Lavanchy and Marc Pantillon.
